Mentoring is a learning partnership established to transfer experience and is also a leadership model. For an effective mentoring, it is not enough just to be experienced; both personal skills and the methods used play an important role in the success of mentoring. The aim of this training is to provide the participants with the basic concepts, competencies and basic skills on mentoring, and also to prepare the mentors for the mentoring process in ethical, practical and practical aspects of the subject.
Basic Mentoring Training Program is a distance education program developed in cooperation with EGESYS and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) – Turkey for TÜBİTAK Mentor Training Certificate Programs.

Our mentors, who will be with our local and refugee social entrepreneur youth, have completed the basic mentoring training developed by our project partner EGESYS. Our mentors will soon meet with our young entrepreneurs to create new success stories.
