Production
According to Strategyzer, production key activities are related to the procedures in which enterprises’ basic product is the final outcome. It is also referred to all activities which add value to the final product. This type of key activity appears mostly in manufacturing firms.
Problem Solving
This type is related to the field in which solutions are provided in customers problems. Sector such as consulting, health care or education, belong to Problem-Solving type of activity. Business models require constant training and versatile knowledge in the objective of the sector.
Platform/network
The activities related to platform, such as platform maintenance and promotion, software developing, network fixing and services provision with proportional objective belong to this type of key activity. Business models designed with a platform as a Key Resource are dominated by platform or network related Key Activities (Strategyzer,2020).
